This is the second time I’ve used Nova Heating and Air Conditioning for two different properties, and both experiences have been great. They’re a family-owned business with years of experience, and they take the time to do the job right instead of trying to sell you things you don’t need. They were professional, knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We had a new air conditioning unit installed last summer.  Today I heard a loud clanking noise and I called Nova. My first point of contact was Natalie. Natalie was amazing!!! She had technicians to my house within the hour. And it just gets better from there. Two wonderful, knowledgeable , and respectful young men serviced my unit and diagnosed the issue within minutes. My first experience with Nova was an emergent heat issue. The office staff was friendly an understanding. The technician was fast and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I was very excited about this company at first because the AC wasn’t working on a very hot day and it was 91 degrees inside and they came within the hour after calling but they didn’t have a part that my ac needed. So it wasn’t fixed that day. I have 3 AC units and the fan motor was broken on one so they ordered it and it was ready to be installed a few days later. After it was installed my AC still wasn’t working and I asked them to check the other two units and they said neither of them had any coolant and the pressures were very high. I then asked if they checked those two units during the other visit and they said no. (Very frustrating) AND they couldn’t do it today because of other appointments and I was told I have to call to reschedule AGAIN for a new apt where as if it was checked the first time it would have been fixed. I called and they said that they can send their service manager, but I decided to call and pay another company because I wanted someone I could trust. I am 7 months pregnant and it is still colder outside ( 80 degrees and sunny) than it is inside 87 degrees. I don’t think I have ever written a review for a company before, but this one felt necessary after spending all of that money I still do not have working AC a week later that could have been avoided if the other two units were checked at time of diagnosis.

Irving was fantastic!!! We had been told incorrectly by another contractor that we had some major issues, and it didn't sound right.  Irving communicated clearly, was solutions oriented and did not over dramaticize the problem... And operatively fixed it while locking in our preventative maintenance.
